Nelly Mubashi

Nelly is the Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, and Compliance Officer of National Fiduciary Trust. With a comprehensive leadership portfolio, she oversees the strategic direction of the firm, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance. She is also committed to helping her community. Nelly is on the board of directors for Plymouth Housing, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing to the homeless population in the area. Nelly is also chapter Co-Head for the Pacific Northwest Women in ETFs association. Nelly was also a founding member of the 55ip Innovators Council which functioned as an advisory board to 55ip a Fintech company. Greg Headrick

Senior Trust Officer

Greg is the Senior Trust Officer at National Fiduciary Trust and is responsible for the oversight of all trust account administration and investment governance. He holds final approval authority over investment strategies and model allocations and conducts regular reviews of investment advisor reports and performance to maintain fiduciary excellence. His hobbies include skiing, cycling and attending his four kids’ sporting events.

Dessy Prasad

VP Operations
Secretary

Dessy (also known as Mahum Prasad) is the Vice President of Operations and Secretary for National Fiduciary Trust. In her capacity as Secretary, she maintains corporate records and official documentation for Board and shareholder meetings. As VP of Operations, she manages day-to-day trust operations and maintains efficient, compliant workflows across trust functions. Alice Boytz

Operations Manager

Alice is the operations manager for National Fiduciary Trust. She handles the day to day administrative activities related to client onboarding and trust management. A self-described problem-solver, she enjoys working with people and digging into the details of trust administration. A native of Seattle, she appreciates the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Douglass McCrae

Board Member

Douglass is a Board Member at National Fiduciary Trust and plays a key role in guiding the organization’s long-term direction and ensuring strong governance across all aspects of trust administration. When not at his desk Douglass likes to be outside, rain or shine, enjoying the pacific northwest in every way possible but particularly on a mountain bike or in a kayak.

Susan Loosmore

Board Member

Susan is a Board Member at National Fiduciary Trust and plays a key role in guiding the organization’s long-term direction and ensuring strong governance across all aspects of trust administration. She is passionate about working with other women leaders and is actively involved in connecting and developing them in the business world. In 2022, she was part of Accenture's Women's Leadership Forum Steering Committee, contributing her insights to create an inspiring and engaging program for executives. Susan actively engages in her community through various philanthropic endeavors. Susan served in advisory roles for both of her alma maters, contributing her expertise to support their strategic initiatives and mission-driven impact. She also brought her financial leadership to multiple nonprofit organizations as Treasurer, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship and sustainable growth.

Mark Daniel

Board Member

Mark Daniel is a Board Member of National Fiduciary Trust and Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. He plays a key role in guiding the organization’s long-term direction and ensuring strong governance across all aspects of trust administration. Mr. Daniel is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of experience providing strategic, financial, and governance leadership to complex organizations. As a Director with National Fiduciary Trust, Inc., he brings deep expertise in financial oversight, capital stewardship, risk management, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, Mr. Daniel has guided companies through periods of growth, strategic transactions, and operational enhancement, consistently strengthening financial controls, reporting integrity, and long-term value creation. In addition to his role with NFT, Mr. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Atossa Therapeutics, Inc., a Seattle based therapeutics company focused on providing therapeutic solutions for breast cancer and other rare disease conditions with significant unmet need. Prior to his current role, Mr. Daniel held senior finance and accounting leadership roles with Bruker Spatial Biology, a subsidiary of Bruker Corporation (formerly NanoString Technologies, Ind.) HaloSource, Cardiac Science, and Numera (Newyu), overseeing SEC reporting, global finance operations, and efficiency initiatives. Mr. Daniel began his career with KPMG’s assurance practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (Washington State, inactive).

Nathen Millbank

Tax and Trust Services Manager

Nathen Millbank is a Board Member of National Fiduciary Trust and Chair of the Board’s Audit Committee. He plays a key role in guiding the organization’s long-term direction and ensuring strong governance across all aspects of trust administration. Nathen is a Washington CPA and brings insights from a decade of experience in investments, financial operations, and compliance for one the state’s largest independent trust companies to his governance role at NFT.
