NFT will provide notice to all customers and prospective customers that we gather information to verify their identities. NFT will post the following notice prominently on its website, in its offices, on all marketing materials such as brochures, and on any account application documents:

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account​

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: ​
 

When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

As a registered trust company, NFT is required to provide notice to its potential customers that it will collect personal information as part of it’s Customer Identification Program including on its website, brochures, and account opening documents. National Fiduciary Trust, Inc. is a Washington State-chartered trust company, regulated by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI), Division of Banks. Our fiduciary services are offered in accordance with Washington State law and applicable federal regulations.
